1. Who we are

"SeeTarot", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the team operating seetarot.com. "You" means the person using the site or joining the waitlist.

2. The waitlist

The waitlist is a non-binding expression of interest. Joining does not guarantee access, does not create a purchase obligation, and does not entitle you to a specific product feature or release date. When you submit, we reserve a slot for you, assign you a tarot card (deterministic per email), and send you a welcome email containing that card's reading.

We'll contact you when SeeTarot is ready for you. The order of invites may depend on signup time, referral source, or demand in your region.

3. Eligibility

SeeTarot is currently offered only to residents of the United States. By joining the waitlist you represent that you are a U.S. resident and at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission.

We do not intentionally market to, or collect signups from, users outside the U.S. If you access the site from abroad, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk.

4. No professional advice

Content on this site — sample readings, welcome-email readings, copy, graphics — is interpretive and editorial. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. Nothing here should be used as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.

5. Intellectual property

The SeeTarot name, wordmark, sample readings, welcome-email reading copy, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. You may share screenshots or short quotes with attribution; you may not reproduce the deck artwork or long-form reading copy without written permission.

6. Acceptable conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, stolen, or impersonated names or email addresses
• Attempt to exploit, scrape, or flood the waitlist endpoint
• Probe the site for vulnerabilities without prior written consent
• Misuse or reverse-engineer any provided API

We may block or remove signups that violate these rules without notice.

7. Third-party services

Delivering the waitlist experience relies on the following vendors:

• Vercel — hosts the website and serverless endpoints.
• Self-hosted n8n — runs the workflow that receives waitlist submissions and writes them to the sheet.
• Google Sheets — stores the waitlist as a private spreadsheet.
• Resend — delivers the welcome email from the seetarot.com sender domain.

Each of these services has its own terms. Our use of them is incidental to delivering the waitlist and does not create a contractual relationship between you and them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Use is at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeTarot is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months — which, for the waitlist, is zero.

10. Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer protections guaranteed to you by the laws of your state of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be announced by email.
